An Astronaut is a person who is trained for travelling in a spacecraft and beyond the earth’s atmosphere. The Astronaut were trained by government and civilian space agencies. A total of 552 astronauts from 36 countries have reached 100 KM or more in attitude untill 17th November 2016. The youngest person to fly in space is Gherman Titov, who was 25 years old when he flew Vostok 2.   1. Yang Liwei was born in 21st June 1965 in Suizhong, Huludao, Liaoning, China, he is is a major general, military pilot, and China National Space Administration astronaut. In 2003, he became the first person sent into space by the Chinese space program. This mission, Shenzhou 5, made China the third country to independently send humans into space.

  2. Fei Junlong was born on 5th May 1965 in Suzhou, Jiangsu, China, he is Chinese military pilot and an astronaut. Junlong was recruited by People's Liberation Army Air Force (PLAAF) when he is 17 years old. He complete his graduation with excellent marks from PLAAF's No. 9 Aviation School.   3. Nie Haisheng was born on 13th October 1964 Zaoyang, Hubei, he is a Chinese military pilot and CNSA astronaut. He joined People's Liberation Army Air Force after completing his study from high school. In 1987 he completed his graduation from PLAAF's No. 7 Flying School. Haisheng was selected for Chinese spaceflight program by CNSA in 1998. He spent 19 days, 10 hours, 1 min at space.

  4. Jing Haipeng was born on 24th October 1966 in Yuncheng, Shanxi, China, hes is a Chinese pilot and astronaut selected as part of the Shenzhou program. In 1998 he was selected to be a CNSA Astronaut and in 2008 he was selected for mission Shenzhou 7 along with Liu Boming and Zhai Zhigang. He is first person of China who have completed three missions Shenzhou 7, Shenzhou 9 and Shenzhou 11.
