Joginder Singh Rao was an Indian cricketer who played only five first-class games in the 1963–64 Ranji Trophy. He was born on 16 October 1938 in Gurgaon and got married with Nandita Rao who had two sons as Probir Rao and Rahul Rao. He best known to world record of three hat-tricks in a single first-class season.
